Schedule Your At-Home Blood Draw

Our phlebotomist Vonna will meet you at your home or any convenient location. Draws are available Tues-Thurs 7am-2pm and will be booked online.

Receive Your Personalized Results

You’ll get an email when your results are in. They’ll come with clear, helpful visuals along with my summary, so you can make sense of your results. The typical turnaround time is about a week.

Is this offer covered by insurance?

At this time, this offer is cash-only, and cannot be reimbursed by insurance later. Our goal is to bring down the cost of cash-pay testing over time and to minimize any uncertainty around insurance coverage.

Who’s eligible for this offer?

Any patients of GladdMD are eligible for this offer that live within 25 miles of Fort Wayne, Indiana. You may refer a friend here.

Can I refer a friend?

Yes! You can refer a friend here. Once they fill out the form, we’ll set them up as a new patient in GladdMD & they’ll get an email invite from Fullscript inviting them to join Dr. Gladd’s clinic on Fullscript! They’ll see the GladdMD panel in their patient account once they login to Fullscript.

How quickly do results come back?
